General conditions of Sale


The present general conditions have as their object the purchase of products or services, carried out remotely via a telematic network, from Golblack Art Gallery. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 6th September 2005, n.206 (consumer code) and, in particular, of those referred to in Section II, Part II, Title III (distance contracts) ) as well as, as regards the protection of personal data, from the provisions of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196.




The contract is concluded upon receipt by the Supplier of the purchase order of the selected products and / or services sent by the Customer on the site The sending of the electronic purchase order implies full knowledge by the Customer of these General Terms and Conditions and their acceptance. The Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure. If the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to business, trade, craft or profession), once the purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy or otherwise keep these terms and conditions of sale also in compliance with the provisions of art. 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 concerning distance contracts. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for damages, direct or indirect to people and / or things, deriving from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.




Purchases of products and services sold on the website are made at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of order confirmation, in addition to transport costs. Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of each product or service chosen, the total cost and the transport costs will be summarized.




The payment of the price of the services and products purchased and the costs of the relative transport must be made according to the methods chosen at the time of order: CREDIT CARD - PAYPAL - ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER.



The delivery of the products will be carried out with the following methods chosen by the customer: - Free collection by the customer at the Goldblack Art Gallery. - Express Courier Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer for shipment. The customer is obliged to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after this verification the Customer will have to accept the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, if the content inside the package is damaged, the Customer will have 24 hours from the date of delivery to contact Goldblack Art Gallery and request reimbursement of the insurance, sending photographs in which the damage is framed in a clear way.




The processing days indicated in the product sheets are indicative, but in no case deemed mandatory. However, it will be the responsibility of the Supplier Company to process orders as soon as possible, compatibly with the time taken to produce the products or perform the services purchased. The Company will not be responsible for any delays by national couriers, due to external causes or force majeure. In this regard, the Customer declares to have been informed that the timing for the execution of an order varies according to the type of processing and the quantity requested. If the customer has purchased a service, it will be his responsibility to send the necessary material to allow the Company to fulfill the service. The list of this material is specified in the product description of the service. The Company cannot process the service until the material is completely sent exclusively in the manner described in the service sheet.



 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to and wait for the return form to be sent to the Customer by email. Only when the customer has received the form can he send the return. In no case will returns be accepted without the explicit request by the Customer and without the sending by the Company of the return form. The Customer assumes the costs and the risk of the transport of the return. Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, the company will issue the refund.




For all disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of contracts, the competent Court will be exclusively the Court of Milan.
