How the artworks are packed?

The works are packed by our staff and follow a top-level packaging process. We check the packaging before shipping and make sure that the work is properly protected.

After the payment has been processed, delivery takes on average 7 days, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. Whatever happens, we'll keep it updated.

Absolutely! Goldblack organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. He has nothing to worry about and there are no additional costs.

​Can I receive artwork in another country or another person?
​
We will deliver to the address indicated on your order. We generally establish the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name we have. If it's a surprise or a gift, let us know!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I want to return the artwork how can i do?

You have 14 days from delivery of the work to let us know. It will be refunded once the work is returned to us. In case of return after cancellation, you are responsible for packing the artwork.

The artwork arrived damaged. What can i do?
​
Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current status of the work and we will make a decision together.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we can repair the work or return it and it will be refunded. Goldblack covers repair and transportation costs in the event of damage during delivery.
